Adding your second store without the chaos

Check your plan

VizLite is priced per store. VizPro covers up to five stores in total, across all your businesses, and adds what makes several stores easy: switching store from the top bar and comparing stores in reports. Six or more is VizEnterprise. Settings, then Stores, shows how many your plan allows.

Add the store

1. Open Settings, then Stores, and choose Add store.
2. Add its address, phone and time zone, then its opening hours and holidays.
3. Choose the services it offers and set its own prices where they differ.
4. Add its chairs, rooms or stations, so the calendar knows what can run at once.
5. Choose Assign a manager, or invite one, so someone runs the store day to day.

Run both

• Owners and Administrators see every store; a Store manager sees only their own.
• Each store closes its own day, and its manager works within the money limits you set.
• On VizPro, switch store from the top bar and compare stores side by side in reports, so you see which one needs attention.
