Set discount limits
Decide what each Store manager may give without asking you. Above the limit, the request comes to you.
- As the Owner, open Settings, then Discount and refund limits.
- For each Store manager, set the Biggest discount as a percentage of a bill and the Biggest refund as an amount.
- Tick Notify me straight away when a discount is over a percentage, if you want to hear about big discounts at once.
- Choose Save limits.
Above the limit
At checkout, Vizzit tells the manager the discount is above their limit. They can give the most they are allowed, or choose Ask the Owner to approve. The request comes to your notifications and to Requests for you, where you Approve or Decline. Each answer is recorded.
