How does the free trial work?
VizLite comes with 14 days free and no card. At the end you choose a plan or stay on VizFree. VizPro starts when you subscribe. One trial per business.
How do invoices work with several businesses?
You pay once. Each business gets its own GST invoice for its share.
How are stores counted?
Store limits count every store across all your businesses together.
Who counts as a seat?
Only professionals who take bookings on the calendar. Owners, managers and receptionists do not use a seat. VizLite includes 3 per store, then ₹299 a month (₹3,289 a year) for each extra professional; VizPro includes 6 per store, then ₹249 a month (₹2,739 a year) each. The Early Access offer does not apply to extra seats.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, from Settings at any time. Changes apply from the next billing period.
How can I pay?
Online by card or UPI, monthly or yearly. We remind you before each renewal; if a payment is missed, paid features pause until it is made and your data stays safe. Enterprise pays yearly against an invoice.
