Draft, under legal review · last updated 26 October 2026

This is HACTECH's plain-language draft. It becomes binding only when the reviewed version is published here, and every earlier version stays available.

1. Who this applies to

These rules apply to every business that uses Vizzit and to everyone it invites. They sit beside the Terms of service; the Owner is responsible for making sure the people they invite follow them.

2. Be who you say you are

Give true details about your business. HACTECH checks each business's documents before online booking and listing are switched on, and may pause accounts that look fake or abusive.

3. Run a lawful business

Hold every licence and permission your work needs, keep your premises safe and hygienic, and follow the law. Do not use Vizzit for any illegal service or activity, or to arrange one.

HACTECH only provides software. It is not responsible for anything that happens at a business, for the services a business provides, or for any unlawful activity there; the business alone answers for these. If we believe a business is acting unlawfully, we may suspend or close its account at once and report it to the authorities.

4. Respect your customers

Have your customers' consent before you send them offers. Vizzit records consent and sends offers only to customers who agreed. Do not post false prices, misleading offers or fake reviews.

5. Keep accounts safe

Owners and administrators must use two-step sign-in. Keep sign-in details private and tell us at security@vizzit.co.in if you think someone else has used your account. Do not probe, scan or test Vizzit for weaknesses without our written permission; report what you find to security@vizzit.co.in.

6. Automated use, the website API and the widget

The website API and the widget have rate limits for each internet address and each key. Stay within them: do not scrape or copy Vizzit data in bulk, overload the service, share or publish your keys, or try to get around the limits. We may slow, block or revoke any address or key that does, without notice.

7. Do not copy Vizzit

Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer Vizzit, and do not use a trial to build a competing product.

8. If these rules are broken

We may pause or end the service at once for a serious breach, and with notice where reasonable for other breaches; the Subscription refund policy says when no refund is due. To report misuse, write to info@hactech.in.
