The front desk, on one screen.

Who is waiting, who is free and who is next, with the big buttons your reception actually uses.

How it works

See the day at a glance

Today shows who is waiting and for how long, who is free now and the next appointments. Receptionists get a simpler view with no money figures on it.

  • Waiting now, coming next, free now
  • Bookings per hour, with now marked
  • Takings hidden from roles without money access
Today for reception: waiting now and free staff

Walk-ins without double-booking

Add a walk-in and start straight away. Walk-ins go through the same calendar checks as every other booking, so nobody is booked twice. If the person they want is busy, Vizzit offers who is free.

  • Start now, take the next free time, or wait
  • No app account needed for the customer

Can my receptionist see our takings?

No. Money figures are not shown, or even loaded, for roles without money access.

Can a walk-in end up double-booked?

No. Walk-ins use the same clash checks as every booking. If the person is busy, Vizzit offers the next free options.

Can customers check themselves in?

Not in the first version. Your staff mark arrival, and the time is recorded.

Try it with your own services.
