A calendar that won't let two bookings collide.
Book by person, chair or room. Every booking is checked against working hours, leave and the rooms a service needs.

How it works
Day and week, by person or by room
Switch between people and chairs, rooms, beds or stations. A service that needs a room only goes where a room is free.
- Day and week views
- Your store’s own time zone, wherever you open it
- One store or another, from the same login

Clashes caught before they happen
If a time is taken, Vizzit says so and offers the next free person or time. When two receptionists try for the same last slot, exactly one booking goes through.
- Book with someone free instead
- Or pick their next free time

Move a booking safely
Drag it to a new time or reschedule from the booking. Vizzit checks the new slot first, and you can email the customer the new time.
- If the new slot clashes, the booking stays where it was
- A customer who asked for a stylist is never switched silently

Also included
- Booking rules: how far ahead, minimum notice, late cancel and reschedule windows, no-show grace
- Each booking keeps the rules that applied when it was made
- Breaks and blocked time, clearly marked
- Working hours, leave, holidays and closures, with a preview of the bookings a change affects
- Bookings hit by leave or a closure are flagged "Needs action", so none are missed
- Several services in one visit, one after another
- Buffer time before and after a service
- Block a chair or room for maintenance
Questions
What happens to booked customers if I add a holiday?
Vizzit lists them before you save. After you confirm, each one is flagged for you to move or cancel; none are dropped silently.
Can I book by chair or room, not only by person?
Yes. A service can need a room, chair, bed or station, and the calendar has a lane for each.
Can two people grab the same slot?
No. Only one booking is confirmed; the other is offered alternatives.
