Subscription refund policy
This is HACTECH's plain-language draft. It becomes binding only when the reviewed version is published here, and every earlier version stays available.
1. Plans and billing
VizFree is free. VizLite, VizPro and their extra professionals are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Indian rupees plus GST; a year costs the same as eleven months. VizEnterprise is a yearly agreement. Early access businesses get the Early Access offer prices shown on Pricing.
Vizzit is not open yet, and nothing is billed until it is. This website takes no payments.
2. The free trial
VizLite has a 14-day free trial that needs no card, so there is nothing to refund. We remind you before it ends. VizPro has no trial; it starts when you subscribe.
3. Changing or cancelling a plan
Plan changes apply from the next billing period. You can cancel at any time from Settings; the service continues until the end of the period you have paid for, and the Owner can export your data before the account is closed.
If you ask us to end a paid plan before its period ends, we refund the unused part pro rata: the amount you actually paid for the plan, after any discount, offer or free month, for the whole days left in the period. Anything already used or delivered in that period is not refunded.
If a payment is missed, paid features pause until it is made, and your data is kept safe.
4. A payment taken twice or by mistake
Raise a support request at info@hactech.in with your business name and the transaction ID. Once we have confirmed the payment was taken twice or by mistake, we refund it to the original payment method or, if you prefer, credit it against your next subscription bill. Your bank may take a few working days to show a refund.
5. The Early Access offer
The Early Access offer is for a limited time. HACTECH may change or end it, or stop accepting new businesses for it, at any time and without notice. A business already on it keeps its offer price for the period it has already paid for. When it renews, the price is the offer or plan price in force at that time.
The offer is for one business account, has no cash value and cannot be transferred or combined with other offers. We may refuse or withdraw it if it is misused, for example through several accounts for one business.
6. When no refund is due
Apart from the cases above, payments are not refunded, and plans cannot be paused or exchanged for cash. No refund is due when HACTECH suspends or ends an account for non-payment, a breach of the Terms of service or the Acceptable use rules, or unlawful activity. Refunds are paid only to the account that made the payment, and the GST on them is adjusted as the law requires.
