Terms of service
This is HACTECH's plain-language draft. It becomes binding only when the reviewed version is published here, and every earlier version stays available.
1. Who we are
Vizzit is a software service provided by HACTECH Private Limited (CIN U62012GJ2026PTC176257), a company registered in India with its registered office at Shop No. 156, Atlantis K10, Sarabhai Compound, Genda Circle, Vadodara 390007, Gujarat, India ("HACTECH", "we", "us"). These terms apply to every business that uses Vizzit and to the people it invites. By creating an account or using Vizzit you accept them on behalf of your business, and you confirm that you are allowed to bind it.
2. What Vizzit is, and what it is not
Vizzit is software that helps a business run its bookings, front desk, billing, team and customers. HACTECH provides the software only. We do not provide beauty, grooming, wellness, tattoo or any other service, we do not employ or supervise your team, and we do not own, run or inspect your premises.
Your business alone is responsible for the services it offers and how they are delivered; for its premises, staff, products, hygiene and safety; for its prices, offers and taxes; for holding every licence and permission its work needs; and for following the law. HACTECH is not a party to any agreement between your business and its customers.
3. Your account
The person who signs up becomes the Owner and is responsible for the account and for everyone they invite. Owners and administrators must use two-step sign-in. Keep sign-in details private and tell us at security@vizzit.co.in if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for everything done through your account.
Give true details about your business. HACTECH checks each business's documents before online booking and listing are switched on, and may refuse, pause or close any account that looks fake, abusive or unlawful. Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer Vizzit, and do not use a trial to build a competing product.
4. Your data and your customers' data
Your business owns the customer, booking and invoice data it puts into Vizzit and decides how it is used, so for your customers' personal data your business is the data fiduciary and HACTECH handles that data on your behalf. We use it only to run Vizzit for you, keep it in India and never sell it. We share it only with the service providers that help us run Vizzit, such as hosting, email and message delivery, under contracts that protect it, or when the law requires us to. The Owner can export it at any time.
You are responsible for the data you put into Vizzit: that it is accurate, that you are allowed to collect it, and that you have your customers' consent before you send them offers. Vizzit records consent and sends offers only to customers who agreed. Our Privacy policy explains how HACTECH handles personal data under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
5. Plans, billing and refunds
VizFree is free. Paid plans are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, in Indian rupees plus GST; yearly billing includes one month free. A 14-day trial of VizLite needs no card; VizPro starts when you subscribe.
We remind you before a trial or billing period ends. If a payment is missed, paid features pause until it is made, and your data is kept safe. Plan changes apply from the next billing period. We may change our plans, features and prices; a price change applies from your next billing period after we tell you. Refunds follow the Subscription refund policy.
6. How Vizzit is provided
We work to keep Vizzit available, secure and accurate, but we provide it "as is" and "as available", without promises beyond those in these terms. Vizzit may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside our control, and we may change, improve or remove features. Information that businesses or customers add, such as listings, prices and reviews, is theirs, and HACTECH does not check or guarantee it.
7. Limits on our liability
As far as the law allows, HACTECH is not liable for anything that happens at your premises or in the services your business provides, including injury, loss, damage or theft; for the acts of your staff or your customers; for disputes between your business and its customers; or for any unlawful activity of a business or its people.
As far as the law allows, HACTECH is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data. Our total liability for all claims connected with Vizzit is limited to the fees your business paid HACTECH in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits a liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
8. Your promise to cover us
Your business will compensate HACTECH, its directors and its employees for any claim, loss, penalty or legal cost that arises from your business's services, premises, staff or customers, from the data or content you put into Vizzit, or from a breach of these terms or of the law by your business or the people it invites.
9. Ending the service
You can cancel at any time from Settings; the service continues until the end of the period you have paid for. Before an account is closed, the Owner can export its data, and after closure we delete or anonymise it once the period the law requires has passed.
We may suspend or end the service at once for non-payment, for a serious breach of these terms or the Acceptable use rules, or if we believe a business is acting unlawfully, and we may keep and share information when the law requires it. We may also stop offering Vizzit to a business for any other reason with 30 days' notice, refunding any unused part of a period it has paid for.
10. Our rights in Vizzit
Vizzit, its software, design, name and logo belong to HACTECH. We give your business a limited right to use Vizzit while its account is open, and nothing more. If you send us ideas or feedback, we may use them freely.
11. Events outside our control
HACTECH is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events outside its reasonable control, such as a failure of networks, power or the services of other providers, natural disasters, epidemics, government action or unrest.
12. Changes to these terms
We publish every change on this page with its date. If a change matters to how you use Vizzit, we tell the Owner before it takes effect. Using Vizzit after a change takes effect means your business accepts it.
13. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. If a dispute arises, write to info@hactech.in first and we will try to settle it with you within 30 days. A dispute that is not settled goes to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, before a sole arbitrator agreed by both sides or appointed as that Act provides. The seat and venue are Vadodara, Gujarat, and the arbitration is held in English. Subject to this, the courts at Vadodara alone may hear any matter connected with these terms.
