1. Who we are
This website, www.vizzit.co.in, is run by HACTECH Private Limited (CIN U62012GJ2026PTC176257), a company registered in India with its registered office at Shop No. 156, Atlantis K10, Sarabhai Compound, Genda Circle, Vadodara 390007, Gujarat, India ("HACTECH", "we", "us"). This policy covers the personal data the website collects. HACTECH decides why and how that data is used, so under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 HACTECH is its data fiduciary.
2. What this website collects
Only what you type into one of its forms: Book a demo, Talk to sales, Early Access, and the Vizzit App launch list and city request. Depending on the form, that is your name, email address, mobile number, business name, business type, city, number of stores and professionals, the plan you are interested in, the system you use today and the demo time you prefer, with the page you sent it from and your agreement that HACTECH may contact you.
The website has no accounts and no sign-in, and it does not ask for payment details.
3. How your details reach us
When you send a form, the website's own server function emails it to HACTECH at info@hactech.in, from HACTECH's own email account, and keeps nothing: the website has no database and stores no form. To stop abuse, the function counts how many forms come from one internet address in ten minutes; the count lives only in its memory and holds nothing you typed.
The website is served by Google Firebase Hosting, and the form function runs in Google Cloud in Mumbai (asia-south1). Like every web server, they keep standard request logs, such as the internet address, the time and the page asked for. Google deletes these logs automatically after 30 days.
4. No cookies, no tracking
This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or tracking tools. Its fonts, pictures and videos are served from the website itself, so visiting it sends nothing to other companies.
5. Why we use your details
To answer what you asked for: to arrange your demo, to talk with you about Vizzit for your stores, or to tell you when Vizzit opens for your business or your city. We do not sell your details, share them for advertising or add you to a mailing list you did not ask for.
6. How long we keep them
Your request stays in HACTECH's mailbox while we are in touch with you. We delete it 12 months after our last exchange, unless your business becomes a Vizzit customer or the law needs us to keep it longer.
7. Data inside the Vizzit app
This policy is about the website. Inside Vizzit, each business decides what it records about its own customers and is the data fiduciary for that data; HACTECH handles it only on the business's behalf, to run Vizzit. It stays in Vizzit, it is kept in India and it is never sold. It is shared only with the service providers that help run Vizzit, such as hosting, email and message delivery, under contracts that protect it, or when the law requires it. To see, correct or remove what a business holds about you, ask that business first; if it cannot help, write to us.
8. Your rights
Under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 you can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you and how we use it; ask us to correct, complete or update it; ask us to erase it; withdraw your consent at any time, as easily as you gave it; name another person to use these rights for you if you die or cannot act; and have a complaint about how we handle your data answered.
Write to info@hactech.in from the email address you used. We reply within 48 hours. If our answer does not settle your complaint, you can take it to the Data Protection Board of India.
9. Changes to this policy
We publish every change on this page with its date, and earlier versions stay available.
