Set up your business in ten minutes

Before you start

Create your account, verify your email and, as the Owner, set up your authenticator app. Then Vizzit opens Set up your business and shows how far you have got. Have your GSTIN and your service list to hand; everything else you can decide as you go.

The seven steps

1. Your business: the name customers know, and the kind of business. The type sets your starting words (stylist or therapist, chair or room, client or guest), services and forms. Add your GSTIN here too.
2. First store: the address, phone and time zone. Customers see the business and store name together, for example “Lotus Salon, Alkapuri”.
3. Opening hours: the hours for each day, with breaks and holidays. Copy Monday to all open days saves typing.
4. Services: tick what you offer from a starting list made for your type, and set your prices and times. Add your own, or import a spreadsheet.
5. Team: invite your people with their role and store, or choose I work alone. Tick I also take appointments myself if you do.
6. Booking rules: cancellation and no-show wording, the gap between appointments, and how far ahead people can book. Start from the defaults for your type.
7. Plan: start the VizLite free trial, stay on VizFree, or choose another plan. No card is needed for the trial.

Your first booking

When you finish, Vizzit shows where you stand and good next steps. Try a walk-in: choose Add walk-in, pick a service and someone free, and start. Then record the payment at checkout and look at Today.
