Add a walk-in
Someone walks in without a booking. Vizzit shows who can take them now and how long the wait is.
- Choose Add walk-in in the top bar.
- Type their Name. Phone is optional.
- Choose the Service.
- Under Who can take them now, pick someone free now, or someone free a little later. Vizzit shows the wait for each.
- Choose Start with that person to begin straight away, or Add to the waiting list for the first person to get free.
Work the waiting list
- Open Calendar, then Waiting list. It shows each person, what they came for and how long they have waited.
- When someone gets free, Vizzit says so above the list. Choose Assign next to the customer to start them.
