Change your plan
Move up when you grow, or down when you need less. Moving up starts when you pay; moving down starts with your next period.
- As the Owner, open Settings, then Plan and billing. If you run several businesses, open Account and subscription from All businesses.
- Next to the plan you want, choose Switch, or Downgrade for a smaller plan. For six stores or more, choose Contact sales.
- Choose the Billing period: monthly, or yearly.
- Moving up: pay the difference for the rest of this period with the payment link. The new plan starts as soon as the payment is confirmed.
