Vizzit never takes money automatically, so nothing renews unless you pay. Your data is never deleted when a plan ends.
- To stop paying, do not pay the next renewal. Vizzit reminds you before the end of each period, with a payment link; you can ignore it.
- Or move to VizFree yourself: open Settings, then Plan and billing, and choose Downgrade next to VizFree. It starts with your next period.
When a plan ends
- You get a short grace period with normal use after the end date.
- Then, if your business fits VizFree, it carries on with VizFree.
- If it does not fit, Vizzit pauses it: you can see and export everything, but not add bookings, staff or stores. Nothing is deleted.
- Pay, or move to VizFree’s limits, and it resumes at once.
