Use a recovery code
For when you have lost the phone with your authenticator app. You sign in with your password and one recovery code, then set up a new authenticator straight away.
- Sign in with your email and password as usual.
- On Enter your 6-digit code, choose Lost your phone? Use a recovery code.
- Type your Email, Password and one Recovery code. Dashes are optional.
- Choose Sign in and set up again.
- Set up your new phone: scan the code, type the 6-digit code and save the new recovery codes.
