If we ask for more
Sometimes a document does not match, for example a bill in someone else’s name. We say exactly what we need.
- Open Settings, then Verification. The status shows More needed.
- Read the Message from HACTECH. It says which document needs another, and what would do.
- Each document shows Accepted or Needs another.
- Choose Upload document to send a new one, or Reply to answer the message.
